Features of cw laser welding
1. Adopting a fully enclosed optical path design, it has the advantages of dustproof and good sealing performance, and can work continuously for a long time (up to 24 hours).
2. The independently developed Wobble welding joint is small and light, and the operation is simple and flexible.
3. It has a variety of safety alarm functions. The switch will only be activated when the welding copper head contacts the metal, and the metal plate will be safely clamped. After the welding copper nozzle is taken out of the workpiece, the lock light will be automatically locked. The safety of the machine is very high, ensuring absolute safety of the operator during work.
4. Infrared positioning verification is used to verify the position of the welding head during welding. The welding position is more accurate, the welding seam is smooth and beautiful, easy to grind and polish, no post-welding treatment or only simple treatment is required.

1. Laser welding joint
It is light in weight only 0.8KG and is flexible and convenient for welding metal parts of any shape. The welding seam width is adjustable and can be used for long-distance welding up to 10 meters. Equipped with safety temperature monitoring system.
2. Operation interface
Multi-language intelligent control panel, flexible adjustment of welding parameters, multiple sets of welding parameter libraries, cumulative light output timing, etc.
3. Automatic wire feeding system
Touch screen design, automatic line filling, fully digital design, supports stainless steel and aluminum wires with diameters of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, and 2.0mm.
4. Laser
We use custom fiber optics with a minimum core diameter of 20um for deeper penetration, laser life of up to 100,000 hours, maintenance free, and Bluetooth functionality.
5. Water cooler
Double-circulation water cooling cools the laser source and welding head, and the temperature control sensor adopts imported brands.
6. Welding to connect optical fiber
The built-in design of the 10-meter long optical cable effectively avoids problems caused by fiber damage and moisture, and greatly extends the service life of the laser device.
