Safety settings
ST-FW1500H/2000H is a Class IV laser system and routine precautions are required for the safe operation of the equipment.
Built-in features include:
- Key switch control of laser source and Emergency-stop button ensure deliberate operation.
- Fiber laser interlock verifies integrity of laser delivery to the welding gun.
- Laser weld gun trigger, enable and then fire, for intentional operation.
- Part contact electrical interlock turns off the laser power if the welding head is not in contact with the welded parts.
Laser sources
We use the customized 45um core diameter welding version fiber laser with a life span of 100,000 hours, maintenance free and can weld all kinds of metals.
Solder connection fibe
rUsing 10 meters of original long fiber optic cable, an integrated cable drum is used to store the cable, making the machine more compact when stored or transported.

Other optional features
1. Cutting
Welding and cutting are often inseparable. A laser welding machine combines the functions of the two together. The laser welding machine can cut metal up to 2 mm in thickness, such as copper, aluminum, and stainless steel plate. Welding and cutting can be easily switched by changing the welding copper nozzle to a cutting copper nozzle, making it very convenient.
2. Cleaning
Using a laser welding machine for cleaning is easy and flexible. It can remove surface rust, oxides, grease, dirt, and other contaminants from all types of workpieces. With its non-contact characteristics, it does not require cleaning fluid. The maximum cleaning width is up to 120mm, making it a suitable replacement for professional cleaning equipment.
3. Welding Channel Cleaning
This process effectively removes oxides, welding slag, oil, dust, and other impurities generated during the welding process, resulting in a clean weld surface. This not only improves the quality of the weld but also enhances its strength and appearance. Laser cleaning is highly accurate and controllable, ensuring thorough cleaning of the weld surface without damaging the base metal.
