Details of laser butt welding
1. The laser cleaning head is lightweight, weighing only 0.8KG. It is flexible and convenient for welding any shape of metal parts. The welding seam width is adjustable, and it can carry out welding at a distance of up to 10 meters. It is equipped with a safety temperature monitoring system.
2. The operation interface features a multi-language intelligent control panel. It allows for flexible adjustment of welding parameters and has a multi-group welding parameter library. It also includes features such as light output cumulative timing.
3. The automatic wire feeding system has a touch screen design and allows for automatic wire filling. It is fully digital and supports stainless steel and aluminum wire with diameters of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, and 2.0mm.
4. The laser source we use is customized fiber with a minimum core diameter of 20um, which allows for deeper penetration. It has a laser life of up to 100,000 hours and is maintenance-free. It also has Bluetooth capability.
5. The water cooler features double circulation water cooling, which helps to keep the laser source and weld head cooler. The temperature control sensor uses an imported brand.
6. The welding connection fiber is designed with a built-in 10 meters long fiber optic cable. This design effectively avoids damage to the fiber and problems caused by moisture, greatly improving the service life of the laser device.
