6. What design file formats does the equipment support?
It is compatible with common vector formats such as AI, CDR, DXF, SVG, and PLT. We recommend exporting files using professional design software to avoid format errors.
7. Is it easy for beginners to use? Does it require professional technical skills?
The equipment features a visual control system and dedicated software; parameter adjustment is simple, allowing users with no prior experience to operate it normally after brief training.
8. What causes the material not to cut through, and how can this be resolved?
Common causes include focal point misalignment, excessive cutting speed, low laser power settings, or dust accumulation on the lenses. Solutions include recalibrating the focal length, reducing operating speed, increasing power settings, and cleaning the reflecting and focusing lenses.
9. What should I do if the engraving depth is uneven or the pattern is blurry?
First, check if the worktable is level and the optical path is aligned. Next, increase the pattern resolution and adjust the line spacing. Regularly clean the optical lenses to ensure a stable laser beam.
10. How should I handle odors or smoke/dust during operation?
You must use an exhaust and purification system and keep the work area well-ventilated. Generating smoke and dust when processing materials like wood or leather is normal.
11. The laser head isn't emitting light after startup?
First, check the power supply and cable connections. Verify that the water cooling system is operating correctly. If there are no issues there, check the laser tube and laser power supply for faults.
12. The machine suddenly stops or triggers an alarm during operation?
This is usually caused by high water temperature, abnormal water circulation, or machine overheating. Stop the machine immediately to check the cooling water and clear any debris from the lines; restart the machine only after it has cooled down.
13. What routine maintenance is required?
Clean debris from the worktable and wipe the optical lenses daily. Check the optical path and transmission components weekly. Periodically replace the cooling water and lubricate the motion rails.
CO2 Laser Head
Choose a high-precision CO2 laser head with red dot positioning. The cutting head always follows the material and keeps the position of the cutting point constant. The laser head is also fitted with an air tube that blows out an air stream that not only blows away air but also cools the lens and the surface of the object.

Honeycomb Table
